The Insider standard

Trust belongs
in the details.

We distinguish discovery from endorsement.

Directory entries come from public practice websites. They are a starting point, not a clinical ranking, credential certification, or recommendation. We list practices alphabetically and link to the sources we checked.

Paid means labeled.

Sponsored placements must say “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” at the point where readers encounter them. A commercial relationship cannot purchase a positive review, change a safety statement, or suppress a substantiated correction.

We do not sell your decision.

Subscribers choose whether to receive email and SMS separately. Practices do not receive subscriber email addresses, phone numbers, or quiz results through a sponsorship. We report aggregate engagement, not private reader profiles.

Clinical claims need clinical scrutiny.

We use primary sources for factual medical context and identify whether content has received clinical review. Our launch articles have not been clinician-reviewed and are labeled accordingly. We do not diagnose, prescribe, score appearances, or recommend a procedure from quiz answers.

Images have context.

Our generated editorial portrait is identified as AI imagery and is never presented as a patient or treatment result. Any future before-and-after material must have permission, accurate context, and appropriate review. We do not fabricate testimonials, ratings, or clinical outcomes.

Corrections stay visible.

We accept corrections through our contact form. Substantive updates should include an updated date and a note explaining the change. Sources and practice details are rechecked as coverage develops.

Awards cannot be bought.

The Columbus Standard is a proposed future awards program. No awards are currently issued. Before launching it, we will publish eligibility, criteria, judge relationships, and conflict rules. Sponsorship will not determine winners.
