Columbus Medspa Insider operates this publication and its subscription programs. This policy describes the information collected by this website.
What we collect
If you subscribe, we collect your email address, optional name and ZIP code, subscription choices, and the source of your signup. If you subscribe from a quiz result, we may save the archetype you received. Individual quiz answers remain in your browser. If you separately request SMS, we collect your mobile number and consent records. Inquiry forms collect the information you submit to let us respond.
How we use it
We use information to manage subscriptions, confirm consent, respond to requests, operate the site, and send the communications you chose. We record consent and opt-out actions with timestamps. We do not ask for diagnoses, medications, patient records, or treatment histories. Please do not submit these in free-text fields.
Mobile information and marketing
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers only as needed to deliver and operate the program. We do not sell subscriber contact lists or share quiz profiles with practices for advertising.
Analytics and essential storage
Optional first-party analytics record page paths and a limited set of actions only after you allow analytics. They do not include your contact details, individual quiz answers, or URL query strings. A random session identifier is stored in your browser session. Your analytics choice is stored locally and can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Admin access uses an essential secure session cookie. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse.
Service providers and retention
Our infrastructure may use hosting and database providers, Resend for email, and Twilio for SMS once activated. We retain subscription information while needed to operate the program, and retain minimal consent and suppression information to honor communication preferences and applicable obligations. Anonymous analytics are intended to be removed after 90 days and abandoned inquiries after 12 months; administrators review retention as part of operations.
Your choices
Use an email unsubscribe link or reply STOP to opt out of SMS. To request access, correction, or deletion, use our contact form and select “Privacy request.” We may verify your identity before acting. Some suppression or consent records may need to be retained to honor your request and legal obligations.
Adults and external sites
Subscription programs are for adults 18 and older. Official practice links take you to sites with their own privacy practices. This publication is not a healthcare provider or an emergency service.
